[SER-271] Added new API endpoints ChannelRecordings and ConnectionRecordings that return the recording information for an application.
[SER-281] Added a check to the /Recordings endpoint for ownership of the application by that Application ID.

Improvements

[SER-258] ChannelConfig can now use MuxDisabled and RecordingEnabled.

Upgrade Notice

Starting on September 30, 2022, LiveSwitch Cloud will begin rolling out changes that improve connectivity and reduce disruptions.
Prior to this date, all Cloud customers must upgrade their Client SDK to version 1.12.2 or higher (1.16.x is recommended); otherwise, their applications will fail to establish connections without warning.
